Community Volunteer Day – Seaside

Join us for a fun morning beautifying Havana Soliz Park in collaboration with Friends of Seaside Parks Association (FOSPA). There will be hands-on tasks for all abilities and ages. This is the perfect opportunity to get outdoors, move naturally, and connect with your community – while growing food and pollinator habitat!

What to expect: We recommend comfortable clothes and closed-toe work shoes. Please be prepared for all weather! A hat, sunscreen, and layers are always recommended.

Please don’t forget your reusable water bottle.

Location: Havana Soliz Park - Between Lincoln Street and Havana Street - Seaside

Parking/Transportation: Free street parking is available nearby at this location. We encourage you to walk, bike, or take public transit if possible.

¡Únete a nosotros para una mañana divertida embelleciendo Havana Soliz Park en colaboración con Friends of Seaside Parks Association (FOSPA)! Habrá tareas prácticas para todas las edades y habilidades. ¡Esta es la oportunidad perfecta para salir al aire libre, moverse de forma natural y conectar con tu comunidad mientras ayudas a cultivar alimentos y hábitats para polinizadores!

Qué esperar:
Recomendamos ropa cómoda y zapatos cerrados para trabajar. ¡Prepárate para cualquier clima! Siempre se recomienda usar sombrero, protector solar y vestimenta en capas.

No olvides traer tu botella de agua reutilizable.
